Cedar Roof

Roofs



Cedar roof shingles.

Always keep an eye on your roof.

Walk around your property at least once a month. Look for any torn, ripped, or missing shingles.

If you catch roof problems early enough you may avoid expensive repairs to the roof and or sub roof.







Palomino Roof



Damage sub roof joist, rotted from previous water intrusion do to worn out flashing.

If you have the opportunity every six months you should take a walk through to check all aspects in your attic.

Better yet; hire a qualified roofing or construction company with experience in roof related issues to safely traverse your roof to look for water leaks, damage, rotting beams, mold or other unseen roofing or construction issues that can lead to expensive repairs down the road.
